There were conflicting dates in the Author’s Manual for the 10th ICC. The deadline for full-paper abstract submission is the end of September. If you still come across an end of August date, ignore it. Use the following procedure for submitting an abstract for a paper.

Procedure for submitting a paper is as follows:
In order to submit an article, anyone submitting must create an account with TIND.
1. Click the login button at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click “Create Login”
3. Fill out the pertinent information and create the account
4. Go back to the login screen, and login via “Local Login”
5. Access the ICC Submission Page link again and click “Submit Article”
